Overnight Tipi retreat
Where else can you have the place to yourself for the evening? Camp under the stars beside the river in our large Nordic Tipi’s. This micro adventure is perfect for couples, families, or small groups looking for a peaceful outdoor escape. We have 3 Tipi’s available, each Tipi can accommodate 6 people. You’ll have exclusive access to the site overnight, including our riverside BBQ cabin and can add a Sauna or some Axe Throwing onto your adventure .
Nestled where two rivers meet, our peaceful Glendalough venue offers a perfect escape into nature. An open-fronted cabin provides shelter in all weather, a BBQ fire pit will keep you cosy, and a basic compost toilet is available. Surrounded by scenic walking trails, we’re just a short stroll through the woods from Glendalough lakes, visitor centre, and monastic site – making it easy to combine an activity with a visit to these iconic landmarks.
We're located just a 10-minute walk from local pubs and shops, and a scenic 30-minute walk from Glendalough’s monastic site and lakes via the peaceful Greenway.
The price per Tipi is €210 per night (inc up to 6 people). We have 3 Tipi’s available so we can accommodate a group of up to 15. Email us for groups larger than 5…

SLEEPING - A spacious Tipi with comfy foam mats to sleep on, and lantern
COOKING - Covered cooking/dining area with gas stove and basic kitchenware (frying pan, kettle, saucepan, chopping board, knife).
FIRE - We will include a basket of logs for you but extra logs available on site.
Basic compost loo
WHAT TO BRING - Sleeping bags/pillows, Food & drinks, Cutlery, plates, bowls, mugs, Head torch, Weather-appropriate clothing
A guided intro to tipi living from our outdoor expert on arrival.
Check-in between: 5PM-6 PM, Check-out: 10.30 AM next day.
Our venue runs events during the day (11 AM–7 PM), but after 7 PM, the whole site is yours.
(No kit? No problem—just let us know, and we can arrange rentals.)
